In response to COVID-19 restrictions to the public, State of the Arts will be minimizing hours of operation. As of today March 20th, our hours of operation will... be Monday- Friday, 10am to 4pm, closed Saturday and Sunday, until further notice. This video, from TriArt's website, shows how to use their Liquid Glass product to make acrylic pour artwork. This diverse medium can be used as a base for the pouring solution as well as a top coat for the finished piece. We carry Liquid Glass along with other high-quality TriArt products.
