NEW CLIENT ALERT AS from New Jersey has come up and for his last month of summer he has decided to join the SFP program by Coach Kyle till he leaves for school. Day 1 ... Today’s conditioning day was not fun for the groups. LOTS of water, heat, calories burned but there is no one in this area (Durham) training as hard! #TheWorkWillPayOff
