I was talking to my hair dresser and she mentioned how many people were saying that they were not going to bother having Christmas. Sounds like pouting children. Covid may be an uninvited glitch, but hang on a minute! Christmas is not cancelled. Did you really read that? Christmas is NOT cancelled. If the rules change and the big multiple gatherings can't happen remind yourself that Mary and Joseph were far from family at Christmas and look what came out of that! Stop and count your blessings, light up the lights, sing the songs and prepare to celebrate the coming of the Lord. CHRISTMAS IS COMING!! Wishing you much joy, peace and love-wishing you Jesus! Sometimes we worry will God really save us. Read Matthew 14 and the story of Peter. Peter first steps out, in faith, and then, when he takes his eyes off Jesus he begins to sink. He cries out to Jesus because he knows in his heart of hearts that Jesus can save him. In that moment of weakness, when faith was being battered on all sides, Jesus does reach out and save him. If he was willing to save Peter, we must believe that he is willing to save us too. Call out to Him and say Jesus I need you. His hand is reaching for yours.

Lyrics: Amazing grace How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me I once was lost, but now I'm found... Was blind, but now I see 'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear And grace my fears relieved How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed My chains are gone I've been set free My God, my Savior has ransomed me And like a flood His mercy rains Unending love, Amazing grace The Lord has promised good to me His word my hope secures He will my shield and portion be As long as life endures My chains are gone I've been set free My God, my Savior has ransomed me And like a flood His mercy rains Unending love, Amazing grace My chains are gone I've been set free My God, my Savior has ransomed me And like a flood His mercy rains Unending love, Amazing grace The Earth shall soon dissolve like snow The sun forbear to shine But God, Who called me here below Will be forever mine Will be forever mine You are forever mine See more
