We're baaaaack The St. Catharines Wado Kai Karate Club will be starting Live AND ON-LINE ZOOM classes (yep, at the same time) this Monday, November 23rd. We will have instructor view and class view cameras spotlighted for you to follow along. We've got a big screen TV to watch you and provide feedback to our on-line participants. Based on feedback received by our membership, we are making the following amendments to the St. Catharines Wado Kai Karate Club schedule until such time that we can proceed in a normal environment; Starting Monday, November 23rd we will be conducting ADULT classes both live, and online via zoom. Classes will be held every Monday and Thursday, with the exception of holidays, from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. We will be stopping our junior program. This is not something we want to ...do, but the support is not there at the current time. We completely understand the uncertainty and risk of COVID and hope that by next September things will get back to our old normal. I am always available to discuss concerns and answer questions. SWKKF Club Instructors/Members, In response to the current Covid-19 pandemic which is expected to continue widespread, the SWKKF has taken action to help flatte...n the curve, slow the spread and contain as much as we can. Our Liability Insurance Company (HUB International) advises all regular classes, gatherings and events be suspended until the virus Covid-19 has been contained an all threat minimized. Due to this I have made the hard decision to Cancel this years Memorial National Tournament / Clinic on May 22nd & 23rd 2020. Our response will continue to develop as the pandemic develops and I ask that all members use caution and stay safe during these troubled times.. In Harmony, Sensei Denis Labbé
