We're getting a two for one challenge today. Creating a cozy space and making a movie snack! The warm glow of dim lights and some cozy pillows and blankets make this the perfect corner to watch a movie. My movie snack is popcorn with Parmesan cheese and rosemary. Popcorn is a great snack as you can add so many different flavours and add ins to suit your taste!

Today's challenge is to use a Heart Healthy Fat in your meal! A lot of people think all dietary fat is the same, but this isn't the case. We need fat in our diet, we just want to choose unsaturated fats more often!

Today's challenge is to make a meal using 3 different colored veggies! And what better way to add some veggies into your diet than with a delicious, homemade stir fry!? My husband and I enjoyed cooking up this meal over the weekend together! Since we haven't been going out to eat lately, we decided to recreate a favourite meal we would typically get at a restaurant - Chicken Chow Mein! This recipe was super simple to make and tasted AMAZING! Plus, making this meal at h...ome meant we got to choose to add all the ingredients we enjoy! We added veggies we had on hand (fresh and frozen), baked the chicken in the oven for a lower fat cooking option and made our own sauce to lower the salt content! Nutritious and delicious! What favourite restaurant meal have you recreated at home??

Today's challenge is to watch one of your favourite shows or movies. Getting lost in a show can help you take a break from the daily stress of life. There are endless things to watch these days whether you like comedies, dramas or actions. My personal favourite shows to watch are nature documentaries that allow me to see places I would not otherwise see. If you have Netflix check out Our Planet and David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet
