Premier Blaine Higgs warned residents of Zone 5 - the Campbellton region - they could see a return to the Red phase of recovery if the regional outbreak isn't brought under control - a shift he warned would "significantly impact the economy". Currently, Zone 5 has the highest case load per population in Atlantic Canada, and has an infection rate of 245 cases per 100,000 population - a rate some four times higher than the national average.
