It has been brought to our attention that people are having difficulties calling into our office and/or the alarm station. Telus Business Connect VOIP network is down in both BC and Alberta and there unfortunately is no timeline of when this will be fixed, but understand that it’s been down for a couple of days now. Please know that no alarm systems have been affected by this - it is only our incoming office line. We apologize profusely, this is a challenging time for us also and we appreciate your patience through this. An update on Roy of Roy's Tire Service. December 6th Update! Roy underwent surgery on his pelvis on Tuesday. There were 7 breaks, but only 5 could be set and repaired as 2 were in too delicate of spots so they have been left to heal on their own. He is still receiving blood transfusions but was able to sit up partially this morning. Baby steps!! ... Roy has been enjoying his visitors, especially his grand kids and is still toughing this out. Did you hear? We're moving! As of April 1st our new home will be #3-1610 Kebet Way in Poco. Same neighborhood, now on the river. We're hoping for a seamless transition but please bear with us as we may experience a hiccup or two. Wish us luck and all the coffee to get us through this!
