We had to do some routine maintenance on the truck and like everyone we have made further changes to our operations and procedures to keep in accordance with current health regulations and protocols to make sure our staff and the people in the homes we enter stay safe. I want to take the time to say thank you to everyone for all the support we have received throughout 2020. It has been more than stressful year for all of us. In the 6 years since I started this company I have never been so close to folding under everything as we were in the long list of businesses greatly affected by this pandemic. Not only having to add a massive amount of time and cost for the extra measures we all must take to keep everyone we love safe, but a big hit in... the amount of work we saw come in over the year. Thank god we made it as many other small business did not and it is all because of local support. I have always taken pride about being 100% honest and transparent with everyone and say we're doing our best and have had to take some time off to spend with the family, do maintenance on equipment and spend some much needed time recovering mentally and physically from 2020. We will slowly be starting back up and the office will open January 1st to start taking bookings for our first day back in the field starting January 11th. With the days winding down until Christmas we will be taking as many bookings as possible but will be shutting down from Wednesday Dec 23rd until Monday Jan 11th. This will give us some much needed time to do some equipment maintenance as well as personal time to just be with our family. I know 2020 has been a rocky year for everyone and I plan to continue to help bring 2021 in with a positive light and keep all my pricing the same.
