Time to raise the roof! The roof was craned into place in 8 large pieces Monday. Framers are working on closing in the building while Electritians and plumbers begin on the interior.

As the first day of the new year draws to a close, Steel Creek Developers would like to thank everyone involved in our projects in 2020. Difficulties arose with COVID and shipping materials but we were still able to open 2 new hotels, an apartment building and a 5 plex facility. As construction continues on our new hotel in Carman, and with more potential projects starting, we look forward to a great 2021. Happy New Year to all and may 2021 be a year to celebrate.
