My bud getting her swings in! I sent them a swing set to complete and she got to it! Some at home swings as set out by @steelmacevalkyrie. Used George(8kg), Nina(5kg) and Flo(my very first mace. Incline 10lb). Did 6-3 minute sets with a combination of 10s and 2s, 360s and singles. 639 total. BUT...I like even numbers and my fav is 6, sooooo....666 it is! My 26lb(12kg) AGATSU Fitness Steel Mace needed some attention so between classes I gave it some love. With classes being virtual some of the weapons are missing their play time. @_gremon_ usually snags the 12kg and takes it for a ride. This incredible and unstoppable woman deserves so much recognition and congrats, can you please help me make her feel so special!!! Shout out in the comments section @judi_tourscher set out in August as my first pilot group for Victuals (nutrition) and since then has lost OVER 20 LBS!!! ...
