Mary Ethel Steeves (1918-2017) touched the hearts of everyone she met, with her "glowing smile," gentle voice, and positive energy. At age 98, she made it to Steeves 250 and took it all in like she was just 75. She will be dearly missed. We bid her a solemn adieu as she departed to join her late husband, Raymond Steeves, in heavenly reunion yesterday, the day before their 76th wedding anniversary. Albert County is a little darker without her light. So long, Mary Ethel; May we meet again.
