Straighten up Saturday!!! Hahaha, I showed up and the customer said "I hope you got everything, cause I shutdown the water and we already have half of all the piping torn out..." Yes it was a longer day than was planned, but we got everything back up and running...

First is the after photo, and then the before photos. Much pride is taken in a clean and professional installation. And don't forget... Water Treatment!!! Graciously appreciated comments from our customer on how tidy things became, there's more to it than meets the eye in this photo.

This little project was executed with an amazing turn around time!!! So fast I am still in shock myself... Tuesday had a boiler on a stand, Thursday was start up and firing day... A couple hundred feet of pipe run out to the floor heating manifolds. I was extremely blessed to work with two young guys that had fire in their souls, a desire to learn, to pull all the stops and go full throttle!!! A job like this typically has a week or two turn around time.

Before, during and after!!! It is pretty good to be able to share knowledge, this young man is quite receptive to it all, even though rewiring a control system was a bit over what they teach in high school... It all worked quite nicely when we commissioned it!

GOT MAINTENANCE!!!???? If you have a boiler and aren't running any water treatment or don't have a maintenance program we encourage you to contact us sooner than later. Unfortunately these are just a couple of examples of systems left unchecked, it severely reduces the life expectancy of your equipment if you don't make a plan and act on it.

You might be amazed at the extra floor space you can recover by getting rid of that old beast in the basement!!! Very happy with the end result of this project, had a hick up along the way, despite that we still had a one day change out! We do ALL types of heating appliances!!!

This was a challenging project, I got contacted by the customer the second week of August wondering if it could be running for this year's harvest. It got commissioned yesterday, very happy that we were able to expedite this project, it closed in just shy of 6 weeks. I am told that this process can typically take a minimum of 3 months and I've heard some taking almost a year... I encourage customers to contact us as part of the planning process so we can give you the best pos...sible installation and to avoid disappointments or delays! Unfortunately big input equipment isn't a gas and go sort of thing, it's not quite like a gas station... It was also very nice to hear everyone on site comment about the cleanliness of the work!!! The Provincial Gas Inspector commented about how he wished every job he went to had such a clean and professional appearance, the equipment representative and the utilities company concurred that it was extremely professional!!! Hahaha, they even started calling me "Mr Clean..." Good bunch of people I get blessed to work with sometimes, that can still be serious but yet still have a laugh!!!

NOTE: The purpose of my sharing this is to help customers understand the safety side of our industry, to help educate customers and hopefully reduce risks of someone getting injured or killed. The first picture shows the difference between the required piping and the piping installed in this system, if you look you can see that one isn't the appropriate material. The second picture shows 3 propane safety valve discharge lines terminated only about 2 ft away from an electrical... service, which under the right circumstances could be catastrophic. And the third is a damaged safety valve that someone tried to repair, some are repairable, these are not. I strongly encourage customers to give us a call, our industry is heavily regulated and there are reasons why measures are taken. There are also reasons why the DIY thing isn't permitted in our industry, that being said there are some things that we can allow a customer to assist with. Unfortunately this project was apparently performed by a licensed contractor, that maybe overlooked a few simple things which can happen to anyone on any given day. We would love to help educate you on the entire process, to help you plan your installation to help avoid disappointments. Don't hesitate to book a pre-installation consultation as it generally will pay you dividends on installation costs, and reduce simple misunderstandings or delays from being able to use your equipment when you need it.

Need your propane tanks recertified???? We are licensed and are very excited to now offer this service!!! FYI, these ones are beginning the recertification.

Yes we do grain drier installations!!! Our company is the only Swan Valley company with a "Class A" gasfitter on staff!!! That means any appliance, any size, any fuel, propane, natural gas, oil, high gas pressure, liquid propane, not much we can't install and service!!! We also can field recertify propane tanks!!!

The before, the after and the amount of unnecessary wires that I removed from this boiler. It had 3 different control circuits, was a bit of a thing to work on and troubleshoot, it had a bit of renovation blues... Too many times and nobody taking time to clean things up a little...

That was a hot one out there today!!! I drank about 6 liters today, think I sweat out 7....

We are all impacted by COVID, with the increased number of people working from home, air conditioner availability is getting to be a bit of challenge. One main supplier is sold right out in North American inventory with nothing available until 2021. In the 25 years that we have been involved in the HVACR Industry we have never heard "We are all sold out..." We at present have select availability on various sizes and encourage you to contact us promptly as we expect that all available air conditioners in North America will be sold out within the next couple of weeks. That means nothing would be available until next year.

Even if you have an older air conditioner that was installed by another contractor, we service all makes and all models. We do our best to try and keep the system performing as good as when it was installed brand new. Don't hesitate to contact us about Preventative Maintenance, it will prolong the life of your equipment and help keep you from having to wait for service in the peak of the cooling season. Not to mention a good night's sleep in a cool dry house...??? Further to that, we offer preferred service scheduling and a discounted rate to customers that choose to have us perform scheduled maintenance.
