Dear STEMHA Members, Following the announcement from the province of Manitoba today, and in alignment with Hockey Winnipeg and other affected rural associations, effective tonight at midnight all STEMHA activities will be postponed until further notice. Our catchment falls in the Winnipeg region, which is now in code red and does not permit sports/recreation programming at this time. To be clear, this is not the cancellation of the season. We fully expect to be able to resta...rt the season at the appropriate time and make up any necessary games once we exit out of code red. And now the moment you’ve all been waiting for... REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!! St. Eustache Minor Hockey Association would like to invite you to our Early-bird Hockey Registration which will take place online from July 31 August 15, 2020! ... Registration can also be accessed through the registration link on our website www.stemha.ca We will be running U7 (Initiation), U9 (Novice), U11 (Atom), U13 (Peewee), U18 (Midget) programs this year in St. Eustache. It is highly unlikely that we will have enough players to run a U15 (Bantam) program this year.

Welcome to the start of the 2020/21 Hockey Season. Thank you for your patience in waiting for registration to open. With Hockey Manitoba releasing its Return to Play plan yesterday (http://www.hockeymanitoba.ca//Hockey-Manitoba-Return-to-Pl), we are happy to announce that registration is now open. Your STEMHA board met this week and we are confident that we will have the ice time and arena space to adhere to the rules and protocols that will be put in place. Be assured, STEMHA will do everything in its power to begin our season on time and create a comfortable and safe environment for players, coaches, parents and fans.

Dear STEMHA Members, We hope you are all having a great summer. We received word from Hockey Manitoba yesterday that they are beginning to take the necessary steps to set up the upcoming hockey season. Hockey Manitoba has submitted a Return to Play Policy to the Province and are awaiting feedback and approval. All of the necessary paperwork between our association and Hockey Manitoba has been filed and we should be able to launch our registration fairly quickly once their Ret...urn to Play Policy is approved. We expect this to be in the next few weeks. With the delay in opening up registration, we will be having a shorter window to sign up your kids to play. At this time, we do not know the details of the Return to Play Policy and how it will affect our arena. Be assured, STEMHA will do everything in its power to begin our season on time and create a comfortable and safe environment for players, coaches, parents and fans. This is a reminder that the STEMHA AGM will be held Monday, June 15th @ 7pm at the St. Eustache Hall. Please RSVP if you plan to attend so that we know numbers for social distancing. 1) All STEMHA members will have to RSVP for the AGM. Please RSVP to https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/stemha-annual-general-meeting-t... 2) We ask that only one person per family attend (no children please). 3) If you are feeling ill or if you have any serious pre-existing condition(s), please do not attend. 4) We will be prepared for the following scenarios: <25 attendee’s: AGM will be hosted in the St. Eustache Hall with all members spread out and no closer than 2 meters. Hand sanitizer will be available at the door and in the the hall. >25 attendee’s: AGM will be hosted in the St. Eustache Hall parking lot with all members spread out and no closer than 2 meters. Hand sanitizer will be available. Open Board Positions There are lots of great positions available to help run your association.
