During this unprecedented situation everyone is dealing with we are all trying to navigate this uncertain time as best as we can and I hope everyone that reads this is safe and sound first off. I find I am telling clients this message as well as talking with other entertainment based business owners daily so I figured I would post this in case anyone else out there is wondering what our plan of action is etc. I have heard of different people going about this in different ways... but this is what I am doing / saying to clients. If this helps you in anyway or if you have any suggestions or questions let us know in the comment section. ______________________________________________________ We have temporarily stopped selling dates to future clients for the time being to accommodate the space we need for all the 2020 dates that are moving around. Your deposit with Step By Step Pro DJ will be honored on your new date. I will be doing everything I can to keep the assigned or requested DJs on the events but obviously with so many 2020 dates moving to later this year or to 2021 there may be some weekends where we have to move staff around. We plan to be working again as soon as we are safely able with 4 staff members that will be servicing the events. Clients will always be having their final details meeting around 1 month prior to the wedding with the DJ that will be there for you that day. Please keep us in the loop and if you officially change your date with the venue let us know and I will make the changes in our system and send a new copy of your invoice and contract - Now let’s just stay home and kill this virus so we can all get back to work ASAP.
