Who else finds exciting things in their freezer? This week I vowed to cook what I had. Before this last lockdown I went into a bit of a panic mode and bought and froze lots. Well apparently I also made filling for peppers . What do you still have in your freezer that needs to be thawed and eaten?

Lunch time for the kidlet’s. I must admit I do not miss packing lunches for school! I also love that I can just whip something up that is nutritious and healthy. Now if only if they will allow me to stop getting up every 20 minutes to make them a snack
