It’s a whole mood The corona coaster is real. And for all the bad there are positives that we all have experienced. Everybody’s story is different and alike, We have all grown and felt everything that’s been delivered. My story, I’ve finally got that push I needed, perhaps a shove lol. I’ve been able to shift my focus and follow a path that I believe is meant for me. ... I’m am beyond thankful, grateful, and very emotional for all of you. I’ll be leaving the esthetic industry in January to head back to school. I’m both super excited and full of nerves, but I know it’s time. I’ll be online for the 9months with a 4 week internship, I’ll be working part time and offering retail. I wish I had the right words for all of this but it’s a jumble in my head. I’ve loved this industry for so long and it’s treated me so well. I thank you all. Your support over the 21years has been nothing but magical. Our relationships have been everything to me. I love your stories, your hearts, your lives. I will miss all of this. I may have to pop in to check on you all as I can’t imagine what it’s going to feel like without our chats and visits.... It will not be easy to walk away. So This is not a good bye. It’s Until we meet again xx Sending you all so much love xx

In the effort of keeping everyone’s health and safety top priority, the government of Ontario has mandated temporary closures for non essential businesses/ personal care services. Effective December 24th I will be temporarily closing and contacting clients in January to reschedule appointments. Curbside pick up will be available. Almost time for stage 3. Still some restrictions but we are getting there! I appreciate everyone being so considerate and wearing your masks. Starting next Tuesday I will start booking facials, waxing on the face, as well as lash services such as lifts & tints! Thanks for everyone’s patience

This one hits different I had been nominated back in early March, and was waiting to toss out a link to encourage you all to vote. I was so excited! Then the doors to our world closed, and we began our journeys through the quarantine life. A rabbit hole of huge emotions on the daily. Some of us settled in nicely and enjoyed the down time surrounded by family, and others like myself struggled. Struggled to find a rhythm, peace, a quiet mind. There were lots of tear...s. It felt wrong to throw out a link and ask for you all vote. I felt so sad and scared, and imagined many of you were too. So I just couldn’t do it. But then the email came that said I won the diamond award I was not expecting this. It made me so grateful that through some of the darkest days, you still took a minute to vote. What a crazy time!!! ... HOW TO BOOK: I will send a message via the Facebook page, patients that were scheduled during the lockdown who have missed their appointments, are priority. You can leave a message, and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner. Please be patient, there are months of appointments I need to sort through. We’ve hit phase 2! With the guidelines and restrictions that has been placed on us, I’m trying to figure out how to move forward with services being offered. I’m also waiting on laser dates, but no word yet. I’ll be working on re booking April first, then May & June. Waiting on forms and infrared thermometer and then I’ll make another announcement. Update! Rumours have it that it could be soon that we will reopen. It won’t be business as usual - things will look different from now on to ensure the safety of patients, myself & family. *** This is my priority. *** I’m Almost ready. I’m nervous to say the least so I’ll be starting very slowly & softly, with limited patients a day. ... Here are some guidelines I will follow : To start with, all new & existing consultations will be done virtually or over the phone, followed by a scheduled in-clinic appointment for treatment or procedure. All patient forms are to be completed electronically before scheduled appointment. Covid screening questionnaire, and health history. Patients will be screened for COVID-19 including having their temperature taken. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door. All visitors are expected to wear a face covering. Remove only when treatment is being performed in that area. To manage traffic flow in common areas and limit human contact; No guests will be allowed to accompany patients into the building. I will have added time between appointments for device/room sanitization. So I don’t frighten you all, I will be wearing a face shield, mask, gloves & other PPE. I appreciate your patience these last few months, and hope you'll understand that I’m working as hard you all to adjust to these new normals. Once I’m given the green light I’ll be working on rebooking March to June NON laser appointments for now. I anticipate I’ll be able to resume laser in the fall ( will depend on 2nd wave ) Thank you again for sticking by me xx

Half a year gone. I don’t know about you but I can’t wait to 2020 to shove off!! Just a little update as I’m getting many messages. I have not been given a green light to re open. I know it’s hard not having an answer as to when this will be over. There are brighter days ahead and I will make all announcements here

Update! As we gradually open the province, I am still unsure of which phase I'll be included in. Could be 2, could be 3. There are no clear answers. I'm working very hard on obtaining my PPE and providing a very safe environment for all. There will be change, but again, working hard to make it the cozy space you're familiar with. There are months of appointments that i'll need to rebook once i'm given the green light. Please stay patient and respectful. I will get everyone in, in due time. I'm waiting for recommendations and guidance on how to proceed in a safe manner.
