The Students of Stephanie's School of Music are putting on a Christmas Recital on Saturday December 7th at 3pm. It will be held at the Devon United Church. There will be some great music to hear and the kids have been working so hard to get ready! Looking forward to it all coming together.

I sure missed seeing students perform at music festival this year. They all worked so hard on their pieces and I know they would have had great success and learning opportunities. Thank you for being wonderful students and making me a proud teacher! If anyone wants to post a video of their songs, please do!

K had me nearly in tears, she sang 10000 reasons for her final recital piece. While most sang Disney princess songs, she sang about the true King and had enough confidence to go first. (E did awesome too, Im just forbidden from posting online )

Having my son a little over a year ago has been giving me excuses not to perform. This year I went for it after rehearsing once before the show! A little Mozart is good for the soul.

What a fantastic afternoon of performances yesterday for our end of the year recital. I was so proud to have students with such outstanding musicality and stage presence. It was truly a pleasure to watch each student grow throughout the year and see those small suggestions in lessons being implemented. Thank you students for putting in many hours of practice and for being captivating performers for our audience!

Wonderful job to all of my vocal performers at music festival this year! It is so wonderful to watch you all shine on stage. For most of you it was your first time performing at festival and I could not be happier with the results. I hope you are all very proud of yourselves because I sure am!

So proud of all my students for their performances this evening at the Christmas recital! Some students performed in front of an audience for the first time, and handled themselves in a way that made me a very proud teacher. I am truly amazed at all of the talent in my studio this year, what a great group of people. Merry Christmas everyone and I will see you all in the new year!

Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 has opened up after a change in scheduling!

The only lesson time I have available is Wednesdays from 4:00-4:30. It is waiting for you!

Christmas has come early here at the studio. Students are starting their preparations for the big Christmas Recital!

Congratulations to Sophie for another amazing performance today at festival. "Be Kind to Your Parents" was definitely the right song choice for you! You are a born performer. Lydia also did an incredible job on "Wouldnt it be Loverly" today. That song was certainly a great choice for you too! The facial expressions and accent were prefect. I am so proud of all the hard work that went into all of your songs! Well done! This makes me excited for what we can do next year. Thank you again to Spencer Kryzanowski for the incredible playing and being so great with the kids.

Congratulations to Sophie for two amazing performances today at the Leduc Music Festival. It was your first year and I was very proud of the way you handled yourself and learned from the adjudicator! Great job! And a big thanks to Spencer Kryzanowski for being an incredible accompanist to work with.
