Hello again everyone! Everyone needs some good TLC to help with everyday aches and pains. Every day we're moving, lifting, walking, standing, sitting and more. Some deal with regular chronic pain, injuries or compensations. Plenty of us also suffer from depression, stress, and anxiety.... Regardless of the cause, massage may be able to help. Using Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques, we focus on relaxation and target your areas of concern for that day. Over several sessions we begin to see patterns and can create an action plan to help you towards your long term health and wellness goals. I completed my spa certificate through OVCMT in July 2020, and I plan on completing my schooling to become a registered massage therapist by 2023.
