Hi everyone! I have an update for you: I have pushed back the date to start seeing clients at Shift Therapies until June 1st. I'm still waiting for the PPE I'm required to wear to arrive, and this has proven to be it's own challenge. Trust me. If you have an appointment scheduled for the week of June 1st, you might be hearing from me to reschedule your appointment time to a later date in order to follow guidelines set in place by the Government of Saskatchewan and my associat...ion. There are many mandatory policies and procedures that must be met for the health and safety of myself, my family, as well as my clients and their loved ones. As frustrating as they may seem (to both you and me) they're still very important. Thanks so much for being patient during this complicated time. I'm still trying to navigate how my practice will resume, and will keep updating you all as soon as I know more. I hope you're all doing well! Steph

What a day it's been and it's not even noon. First of all, I appreciate all of you who stayed at home and waited this out. Kudos to you! Right now, I kind-of have a date where I can start opening up my books again and seeing clients. However, I'm still trying to figure out what that looks like and what precautions to put in place for everyone's safety. The truth is there's still a lot of details to figure out.... Once I know, I will reach out to contact you all and let you know too. I know you're all eager to get back to your regular routines. Until then, thanks for your continued patience while I still try to navigate through this.

Since we're still considered a non-essential health care service, I'm still unable to be back at Shift to see all of your lovely faces. We'll still keep you all posted once we hear some good news. Take care everyone!

Hi everyone! A little Friday update for you. It seems that there's so many news articles being shared, and so many more rules/recommendations being posted by the Saskatchewan Government.... So far, as the article below states: "All dental, optometrist, chiropractic, registered massage therapy and podiatry clinics are to close except for non-elective procedures." Which includes myself and my practice. I'm really hoping this rule doesn't last long, but like everyone else, I'm taking this one day at a time. I'll keep trying to update you all on everything I know. In the meantime, thanks for all of your support! Stay safe!

Hi everyone! After much thought and careful consideration, I've decided to cancel all appointments until March 30th, or further notice. It was a difficult decision to make, but considering how much close contact is involved in every treatment, I think it's the best decision for my client's (and my own) health. ... Thanks so much for your understanding in this confusing time. In the meantime, I hope you get to watch some great movies, read some wondering books, and don't forget to stretch/roll ;) If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out! Stay healthy and safe, Steph
