The most expensive condo in the downtown core for sale currently is $10 million at 77 Charles Street! It gorgeous! Anyone interested please let me know! Talking about the downtown core there are 103 units for sale over $1.5 mil. Currently there are 25 units for sale for over $3 mil. Last month 17 condos sold for over $1.5 mil. The highest selling for $2,740,000. Also some beautiful houses came to market today in South Riverdale!

In my opinion this is a big mistake when staging a home! (don't block an entrance to a room)

My two cents on Real Estate for the day. There is no reason for a realtor to represent a seller and a buyer in the same transaction! This is a load of BS! We have over 55,000 realtors in Ontario. The practice of double ending should be made illegal for so many effin reasons!

Not surprised and the Canadian Purple Bricks TV commercials are very misleading and untruthful in my opinion.

Currently there are 201 condos priced over $1 million in the downtown core (South of Bloor). 88 have been on the market over 30 days. In the last 30 days 58 con...dos have sold over $1 million. The highest priced condo sold for over $3,200,000 in the past 30 days. 17 condos are currently on the market for over $3 million. See more

I've had many conversations with potential buyers regarding the downtown market and the growth associated with it. A lot of my first time buyers now own a new home because they were willing to adjust their expectations. A few years from now they will be glad they did!

Year over year prices are up 8.8% for condos in the 416! January can be a good time to buy! A lot of buyers plan to buy in spring when the weather is warmer but January, February and March are great months to buy in. There are less buyers which means there is less competition. Being a strategic buyer has it's advantages!
