A few highlights from a U15 exhibition game between Windsor Selects and Ontario Nationals in exhibition play at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in St. Mary's ON

Right in the front row. These Osprey had perfect seats for a U15 baseball game Saturday at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in St. Mary's. Their nest is perched atop the light pole in right field. A total of five birds inhabit the nest.

Made another trip to see another of my niece's boys - Christian Verzosa - play baseball on the weekend. Although his U14 Kingsville team dropped games to Windsor Walker Homesites (4-3) and Chatham Diamonds (5-0) at the Fergie Jenkins Field in Chatham it was an entertaining day at the ball park. Despite the protective safety screening being installed around most infields I still managed to get a few shots from the games.

I got a chance to watch Windsor Selects U15 team take on Ottawa at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame diamonds in St. Mary's on Sunday in the final two games of a four game weekend series. Windsor, which features my great nephew Zack Verzosa, swept the series. Zack picked up the win on the mound for Windsor in Game one on Saturday, going five innings, giving up one hit, while striking out 10 before leaving with a 6-0 lead. Unfortunately I was working and unable to witness the event. Sorry Zack. Enjoy the pictures from both of Sunday's contests.
