From my collection, circa 1910 Kodak camera made in Toronto Canada. A little dusty but still a pretty steampunk sort of look! #kodakcameras #steampunk #photography #oldcameras

Rose in black and white seemed more powerful when reduced to shades of grey. #roses #flowers #B&W #shadesofgrey

Fall by the Lake. I sat counting waves until the 7th one came along. I was told once that the seventh wave would be the strongest. Not sure if that was true, but I still counted. Sometimes you just have to believe.. #waves #shorelines #lakeontario #watersedge #fallincanada #clouds #photography

Sometimes I pick sky and sometimes I pick the foreground for the best effect. Only on a really rare occasion do I leave the horizon in the middle of the image. In this case Drama is a good thing... #lakeontario #canadianskies #clouds #lumixphotography #fallinoct

Fall by the waters edge. As the day draws to a close the light became soft and painterly. Rain clouds were moving in for the night. #princeedwardcounty #sandbanksbeach #fallcolourscanada #photography #lakeontario #lumixcamera

As I stood looking down on the sleepy town of Westport as the sun sunk low in the western sky I could hear the faint sounds of laughter and music coming from an outdoor patio. Keep your spirit alive. #bigsky #ontario #fall #lakes #sunsetphotography

Yesterday I gave myself a simple task. Go 3kms to the lake and take some shots of clouds over the water.. 90 kms later I ended up here. County Cider. That included winding roads a ferry ride and a couple of hills for good measure. And yes, the Cider was a pleasant surprise to chasing clouds. Didn’t find the perfect cloud that day. So, cheers to another adventure.. #unexpectedroadtrips #countycidercompany #lumixcanada #princeedwardcounty #chasingclouds

A throw back to my office in 1990. Note the high performance computer system. Along with my external storage device. I think that was my 135mm Contax lens in front. That gear was stolen a year later. So I switched over to Nikon cameras and lenses. Probably a good thing as Contax systems disappeared around 2005. As for the MacIntosh, It's still here. Sounds awful trying to boot up though.

In 1999 a film called Vendetta was partly made in Kingston. I was able to take some stills of that event. Later, Victoria Clarke my co-host of our tv show "WildTV" and I went to Toronto to interview Nicholas Meyer ( Director ). In between the the court scenes we were able to sit and have a chat with him about the film. Was interesting to see how and what can be done to change the way our downtown can look. Hope we get to see more films made in our fair city. Maybe you see yourself in here! Cheers..

The perfect rainbow made its way across the sky after a rainy evening. Standing at the Wolfe Island Ferry Dock it took me by surprise as I unloaded my gear for for a cool project I’m working on. #kingstonontario #lakeontario #rainbows #summerrain #swild11

In May of 2017 this shot was taken outside my studio. Was a very eerie feeling standing there watching the weather change. You can make out the silhouette of the Marine Museum with its chimney piercing the city skyline. #kingstonontario #waterfront #kingstonmarinemuseum #lakeontario #weatherphotography #architecturephotography #swild11

So, bit of nostalgia from 1996. Anyone remember this place in our great city of Kingston? You will not find it here today.

It was the early 90's. Glen Fast was the conductor of the Kingston Symphony. A post he would keep for many years. I was sent to take some shots for a story on a concert to be held at Fort Henry for the Whig Standard's special section. He was kind enough to play along with an Idea..

This was an outtake for a fashion spread in The First issue of Kingston life Magazine - Mid 90's . Was a collaboration with @suzy_lamont and myself. Suzy worked hard at it for 2 weeks collecting clothes from local stores and people we both knew to put this amazing shot to life.

The Triumph Stag is a 2+2 sports tourer sold between 1970 and 1978 by the British Triumph Motor Company, styled by Italian designer Giovanni Michelotti... this car was a dream car when I was young. Even cut out pictures from magazines and stuck them on a board. Who knew 40 years later I would actually drive one! #triumphstag #dreamcars #v8 #refinedmagygk #swild11 #ygk #summerfun #cars
