I’m going to title this one Cabin Fever Pictured is one of my favourite chairs. I bought it off kijiji for $20 back in my university days, spray painted it black and it has followed me to many homes over the years. It’s surprisingly comfortable and is also Lucy’s favourite chair.

My dad created a custom frame for this painting which I think really brought it all together. Custom frames are now available on commissioned pieces!

Hi! Thought I would take a second to reintroduce myself. I’m Steph (Well, Stephanie, but I always feel like I’m in trouble when I get called my full name haha.) I have loved art since I was a child and recently found a way to join two of my greatest passions (art and helping people) into a career! I’m happy to say that in a few short months I will be a professional art therapist (pending terrifying thesis paper completion). I have to start by saying that all of this is surre...al. When someone asks me to paint something for them or feels connected to a piece I honestly have to pinch myself. Using art and creativity in a career has been a lifelong dream that I tried to push away for so long. I tried to work a corporate job for several years and honestly felt like my soul was being sucked right out of me haha. I truly believe that life is too short not to be happy, and I am proud of the leaps I have taken in the last two years towards authentic happiness. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my partner (my biggest cheerleader ) family, friends and the support of everyone who likes my work, shares my work and buys my work! I plan to nourish and invest more of myself into creating art and sharing the power of art in healing and the world of mental health. I’m so glad you’re here.
