Hey hey hey! I'm Stephanie In leui of this ridiculous cold snap here in Northern Alberta, I thought I would share 10 WINTER FACTS about myself with you today. ... 1. I am a certified CASI level 1 snowboarder (Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors) 2. I've rode at many, many different mountains from Troll mountain (1 T Bar lift) to Whistler (Whistla if you're Aussie) 3. I bought this winter coat this year and it has 100% changed my life & makes me enjoy being outside so much more. 4. I like the idea of ice skating but I get very bored after 10 minutes 5. I have so many good childhood memories of my brother and I building snow forts, skiing, and tobogganing together. 6. Cole and I plan on buying split boards this winter and taking our Avalanche Safety Training Courses. 7. My favorite glaciers are Salmon Glacier in Stewart BC & Angel Glacier in Jasper 8. I've been taking vitamin D religiously this winter - we are usually deficient in the winter here in Canada so take your vitamin D! 9. I have surfed in the dead of winter & I would be doing it every day if I could still. 10. I would love to go to Antarctica & take photos of penguins for a week.

Sweet little Sawyer at his mom & step dads elopement in Banff. I met the groom Tanner, during my 4th season of tree planting in Williams Lake - our dogs got into a fight at camp & we instantly became buds When Tanner reached out last year and told me he and Kristi were eloping in Banff & wanted me to be their photographer I was so stoked. ... These two have been best friends since middle school and you can definitely feel the years of love, friendship, and comfortability they have between each other. Congratulations to this beautiful couple & family. So much love to you all.

Daydreaming of simple days. That calm sureness in every aspect of life seems to be fleeting now a days. I will always make art, make sunshine & keep on smiling. Enjoying the little things has been keeping me afloat.

Just pretending I'm not FREEZING MY ASS OFF. In all honesty we've been lucky with the winter weather so far & the dread is always greater than what actually comes. Here's to boarding season, fireball, hot tubs, ice skating, snow covered trees & late sunrises.... (I would give it up to live on a tropical island somewhere and surf the days away, but for now it'll do) P.S Ellie is in her natural habitat - she is finally a comfortable temperature outside

Reminiscing on this beautiful summer. I cannot wait for the Summer 2021 weddings They will be taking me to Red Deer, Slave Lake, Vegreville, and Everywhere in between.
