Although both approaches offer benefits for circulation and grounding, Registered Massage Ther...apy aims to address soft tissue concerns in the body related to muscle, connective tissue, bone, nerves and blood/lymphatic vessels. RMT's also undergo rigorous schooling and are licenced to practice healthcare which means they have an understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology and ethics that are foundational to their treatments.
