It has been 6 weeks since we closed! The first 3-4 weeks we were hopeful we would be back really soon and patients would barely miss us, but it looks like we are going to closed for longer then hoped. With this, we decided that we would create a YouTube educational channel to teach stretches and exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home! We just launched yesterday. The first five Videos are up on YouTube! They are all focusing on upper body posture and stret...ching and exercises that you can do to maintain and improve your posture.
