Stettler Stitchers 11.11.2020

Well Stettler Stitchers another week begins. Hope you all had a great Easter and were able to connect by phone, facetime or social media with your families and friends. Update on masks. Maureen made 8, half of the folded method and half fitted and dropped them off last week. Jean has made 40 and will be dropping off today. ... Joan has made 45 and also will be dropping off today. Lynn has 30 and will be dropped off Thursday. Phyllis Clark has 6. If you drop off masks, please remember to put a tag with them so Carol can keep track of who's bringing material into Points West. Your name, address and Stettler Stitchers.

The Stettler Stitchers will not be attending Meetings or Sew Days due to the Covid 19 until advised precautions are lifted. Be safe everyone. This does not mean we won't be sewing - only sewing individually instead of a group. There are projects in the cupboard ready and waiting!! Let Joan, Grace or Lynn know what you would like. You can pick it up or we can deliver. We will let everyone know when we are back!

March 5 sew day saw another 15 quilts completely finished - 10 for Ronald MacDonald House and 5 for Child's Advocacy. More are just waiting for bindings to be completed and labels sewn on! Some smaller panel quilts that Joan did amazing quilting on and some larger twin sizes, also quilted by Joan. Much of the fabric is still the donated fabric from Dorothy - thankis so much Dorothy - and the panels from Lexie. Thanks again Lex! Without donations from many people we would certainly not be able to complete as many projects.
