Just completed this commission today for a client of mine. Entitled " Children at Play". 20 x 24 inches, acrylic on canvas.

Finished this painting today for a client. 24 x 20 inches entitled "A Calm Winters Day". Good day to be in the studio.

Hanging out at the park with my two favourite daughters.

Trying to get out on the water as much as I can before the freeze. Out this morning on the lake, just like glass, not a breath of wind and beautiful out.

Sorry I have not been posting any new work to my page but I've been taking a leave of sorts. Decided it would be good to take some time away from the studio. When I return I will certainly post the new work. Thank you all who have enjoyed the work.

Fine art for Sale by the Artist

This was a small painting I did a few years back but was just recently re-photographed by good friend and amazing photographer Corey Teeple.

I finished this painting a few weeks ago, it was a commission for a gallery in Vancouver. All of the paintings I complete for this gallery need to have a winter theme so I painted Henry the VIII in front of his castle in Leeds.

I'm part of a new project that has just opened this month. The Sweet Sorrow is a gallery/lounge which features only 2 artists, myself and another. They have a liquor license, you can go in an buy sweets, coffee, tea, cider or wine, it is located in Canada Place right on the water. The website is still under construction but will be called sweetsorrow.ca. Tel 778-388-9963. The grand opening will be sometime in April, I will update. There will be a media opening too. It is a new concept gallery with some pretty high tech projection systems and of course my paintings will be on display. I should be getting some photos soon and I will post them on this page as I get them.

Working on a painting for the Gallery in Vancouver, should be completed next week. I will post pictures when completed. good day to stay in and paint.
