REAL ESTATE MARKET: This just in. Intentions to sell by GTA homeowners cut in half IN TRREB/IPSO poll. This anticipated inventory drop should support prices. But 18-34yr old sellers almost twice as likely to sell. And what kind of property do they own? This may portend a lot of starter condos coming on market? Time will tell if they do, and how much demand will be there to sop them up.

OK, the GTA is not Las Vegas, surrounded by unlimited cheap desert ripe for building. But an interesting story nonetheless.
