Let's take a look at the numbers and stats for the month of October as they pertain to the condo markets for both Toronto & the GTA In major city centres like Toronto, we have seen the demand and prices of resale condominiums begin to flatten out. In Toronto, prices were only up slightly for the month (just under 1%), with the volume of trades down almost 9%. Interesting to note that many of the much anticipated new cond...o projects that have launched still have a great variety of units available for sale. Which was something we didn’t see for the better part of the last couple of years with the incredible demand for new construction condo projects! Condominiums have been steadily appreciating at an average of 6% a year for past while.
