Claudette Faye Boucher September 18, 1969 November 9, 2020 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Claudette Faye Boucher on November 9, 2020 in New Westminster, BC.... Claudette was born in Kenora, ON on September 18, 1969 and moved to BC in the late 80’s. She worked at a construction site in Vancouver and was training as a hoist operator and cage tender. Claudette loved the outdoors, spending hours at the parks reading and listening to her music. She enjoyed sports, riding her bike and going to Bingo with her mom. Claudette was predeceased by her father David Kelly, sister Georgina Boucher and her husband Marc. She will be dearly missed by her mom Evelyn (Garry), brothers Randall and David (Gail), sisters Gwendoline (Jeremy), Vanessa (John), daughter Jessica, three grandchildren, auntie Marlene (Dean) and uncle Norman (Mary). She leaves behind many nephews, nieces and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Family would like to thank Honey Chicago, Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation and Matthew C. Queau at Stevens Funeral Homes for all their love and support and assistance. Christopher William Andrew Churchill It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher William Andrew Churchill on Friday November 20, 2020 with his parents at his bedside at the DRHC. Chris will be forever missed by his parents Andy and Renee, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins in Dryden and Newfoundland. Chris worked at several places in his short life; Blue Lake Park, MNR Fire Control, Dryden Mill, Marion Construction and McKinstry Motors.... Chris enjoyed the great outdoors. Fishing, camping, four-wheeling, snow machining and boating. Chis had a great circle of friends who shared the same outdoor activities as he did. They supported him in all his ventures and where there to help with any help he needed while he was failing in health. Special thank you to his nieces Nancy and Denise for all they did. A big thank you to all the nurses the provided Chris the utmost care during all of his stays in the hospital. Thank you to Dr. Cook for being there for Chris during his battle with cancer. A special thank you to family and friends that helped Chris. A big thank you to Debbie Murray for taking his cast Piper. Special thank you to Janis Wessel who answered Chris’s request for spiritual guidance, Chris looked up to her as a second mom. A private Family Service will be held at a later date. Wilma Patricia Latimer In loving memory of Wilma Patricia Latimer, who passed away peacefully with her family by her side Thursday, November 19, 2020. Wilma is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Chris) and grandchildren Callie and Chase. Her sister Barbara, niece Vanessa (Malcolm) and nephew Trevor (Ashley) and great-nephews Zachary and Owen, numerous other in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Wilma was predeceased by her husband Donnie Latimer, her mother and father Patricia and ...George Pastushenko and brother Timothy. Wilma was born in Ste. Anne, Manitoba, and moved to Dryden when she was very young. Dryden was where she met the love of her life Donnie Latimer, and they became public school sweethearts where they were together for the next 36 years. They built their forever home in 1983, where they welcomed their only daughter Jennifer a few years later. Wilma had various jobs in the community, with the most recent 18 years at Walmart, where she has made some lifelong friends. Wilma loved life and had a great sense of humour and is known for her infectious laugh. She lived for her grandchildren, family, and dogs Rambo and Baby. She loved camping, spending time with family and friends, playing cards and spending time around the fire listening to country music. A private Family Service will be held at a later date. Lillian Barbara Berg In loving memory of Lillian Barbara Berg who passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 3, 2020 at the Dryden Regional Health Centre with family by her side. Mom was born December 3, 1923 to Ivor and Brita Edbom in Piney, Manitoba, the eleventh of twelve children. She married her soulmate Walter Berg in March 1944. Together they bought a homestead on Beaver Lake in Dryden and so began their life’s adventure. Mom is survived by daughters Nancy Lund (Roy), ...Carol Paquin (Ken Roberts) and Gloria Berg, son Dan Berg (Louise), 8 grandsons, one granddaughter, 6 great grandchildren and one sweet great great grandson. Lillian was predeceased by her husband Walter in 1981, her son Kenneth, son-in-law Roger Paquin and all her siblings. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
