These pictures were taken near the end of my training after 1.5hrs of doing explosive 15yard sprints. Pic 1: After setting a new 400m PR at 1.09 Pic 2: 5min after pic 1, running another 400m at 1.20. Every muscle in my legs were on fire it hurt to even attempt to stretch. Pic 3: Ice bath time The challenge?
