Garage leg workout Here’s a dumbbell workout for your legs. Do 3-4 sets of each exercise with 10-12 reps per set. For single leg exercises do 10-12 reps per leg. 1. Goblet squat 2. Dumbbell back squat... 3. Stationary lunge (place front foot on a stair or anything to keep it slightly elevated) 4. Dumbbell Romanian deadlift 5. Plie squat 6. Bulgarian split squat (on stairs or bench if you have one) 7. Standing calf raise (on stairs or elevated platform All of these can be done with or without weight #legday#legworkout
