We’re starting a new tradition here at the PSP: a weekly self-care challenge! Every Friday, we’ll share a challenge to help inspire you to engage in self-care. We recognize that self-care looks different for everyone, but these are some of our favourite suggestions we’ve received from our volunteers, and from you all in our last giveaway. Today’s challenge: text or call a friend you haven’t heard from in awhile to check in! Living through COVID-19 has been isolating for a lot of us reaching out and chatting with a friend is a great way to take a break, and get some much needed social interaction Let us know how it goes in the comments!
