Hello! We are a group of neighbours who are taking communal ownership of The Stirton Tot Lot! We have big plans for the park. 1. Obtaining a garbage can... 2. Obtaining a safe needle disposal bin 3. Working with neighbours to regularly clean-up the park 4. Putting a stop to the garbage dumping through beautifying the space and informing neighbours to use alternative resources 5. Creating a pollinator garden for the springtime! 6. Displaying and inspiring community art we are currently building community capacity - working with neighbours, councillors, and other other Hamilton groups. So far, Beautiful Alleys has kindly shared resources to help us achieve our goals!
