Baby it’s getting cold outside....you know what that means....time to start bringing out the flannels. We received a shipment of beautiful, (so, so, soft) flannels this week - just in time for our winter projects. These flannels are available in store only. These flannels are approx. 42-43 wide.

We have a local artisan (A Warm Pair - you may know her) who makes these women's mittens from recycled wool. Mittens are cut from a variety of wool sweaters which are felted and then lined with 100% polyester fleece. Oh so warm!!! What a gloomy day! We thought it would be nice to show you a pillow sample of a very cool pattern - Jaw Breakers. We used fabrics from the whimsical Christmas collection Merry Little Christmas. This pattern is made with the triangle shape from the Hex N More ruler (or the Sidekick or Super Sidekick rulers). All pieces are rotary cut from fabric strips. What makes this pattern great is that it is machine pieced with no Y seams.
