I hope everyone has a fabulous Family Day today if you are in a province that recognizes this as a holiday Today I’m going to sew some items for the boys and work on a few custom orders. I’m excited for the big snow storm heading our way I absolutely love snow and winter Spadina is starting to eat more which is fabulous. She’s due her her next round of meds in an hour. She has been chilling on the couch all day which makes me happy. Thanks everyone for all your well wishe...s. After loosing Mackie last year I couldn’t bear if anything went really bad with Spadina I added a few missed items to my ready to ship album this morning. And there is still lots to pick from if you wish to participate in my sale. Scroll back to yesterday’s post and get in on the fun. Items are 20-40% off

Late night post. Spadina just enjoyed some of her favourite Meow Mix shredded meat topped pate. Talk about fancy tastes she has lol She’s not eating huge amounts at one time which is fine after her not eating anything for over 2 days. Just the fact that she is eating is amazing and it means her appetite stimulant is working. She has been in the living room since late this morning also a very positive sign. And all food has been kept down thank goodness I would call today a good day for her.

Oh Friday’s I swear I don’t really treat them as any different probably because I work 7 days a week lol. But it’s beautiful out. My house is a little cool which I honestly love. My friend calls me a penguin as I like being cold over hot I finished up all the infinity scarves early this morning. I have only 11 now thanks to my mom claiming one. Send a message if you too need one All those I picked to test my pattern have been contacted. It was definitely a hard choice b...ut I had to narrow it down. The pattern should be for sale by early November Ok I’m off. My youngest is waking and I have a lot to work on today

I hand stitch every infinity scarf closed. I actually hate hand stitching but it’s the best way to finish them off so I do it. 12 are up for grabs. Send me a message

Stitch the Dot 25.09.2020

Infinity scarves are in the works today I have 12 that will be available by tomorrow morning. They are $25 each. Send me a message if you will be wanting one or 2 or 3 These wrap around twice, are warm but not too much and great for fall

Good morning everyone I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Our fridge is full of leftovers which I love as it will make cooking super easy this week. All premade buffalo plaid infinity scarves are sold out BUT I picked more fabric up on Sunday. I have enough to make another 12 scarves this week. If you want on my wait list send me a message. It’s definitely scarf season More sweary prints have been ordered some are the same as my last batch some are new. They wi...ll be here in a couple weeks so be sure you are watching my page. I still have 2 change purses and 2 sets of snack bags left from my last batch. Today I’m finishing up my Louise purse pattern. Took a bit longer as it didn’t save Sunday night and then I decided my photos weren’t good so a friend is helping me edit I best get back to it I hear my youngest waking up.

If you did your turkey yesterday and need something to do today, take a drive down to The Barntique. It’s a beautiful day for a drive and the fall colours are really coming out

Woot woot it’s FINALLY happening My laptop is out and my notebook is full of my handwritten instructions; which can only mean I’m typing up my Louise Purse pattern for testers and then publishing. So excited that I’m this much closer to releasing my first purse pattern

These photos are not the best. Mirror selfies aren’t easy and our bedroom lighting isn’t bright. But this is what I was working on yesterday for myself Last time I sewed clothing for me was an Elsa costume 5 years ago for Halloween. It is so comfy I love it. Will be great for layering as I generally won’t wear a winter coat until January. I’m weird I know lol Pattern: Sundance by Greenstylecreations... Fabric: Blended Thread Fabrics See more

My youngest has next to no pants that fit him in the waist. Length wise they are all great but they start to creep down and then he starts to look a bit gangster as his waist band is half way down his butt showing his diaper So I whipped him up another pair of grow along pants. Pattern is a Apple Tree Sewing... Fabric is Blended Thread Fabrics See more

I will be placing my next order today, so in a couple weeks time I’ll have more items to sell In the meantime there are still a few items up for grabs. Don’t forget to send me a message to claim. Scroll back to last nights post to see what is left This weekend I’m working on a mix of sewing for myself, the boys and a new product.
