Well done team !! We filled the trailer! Almost 40 000 lbs of sour cabbage is on the way to Vermilion - Alberta! Our biggest single shipment yet but you know what they say.... the sky’s the limit ! Looks like Baba Jenny’s Ukrainian Foods will be busy making cabbage rolls for the next little while.
We are looking to fill a part time position at our sauerkraut manufacturing facility in New Hamburg. We grow our own cabbage and process it into sauerkraut. We would like someone that can work 2-3 days/week until the end of the year. This position would be mostly sauerkraut packaging but also help with production ( cabbage peeling and cleaning), possibly help with finishing harvest.
