Hi everyone, I would like to share with you an opportunity to fund your program idea. Every year a Bright Idea is chosen to be funded by CNH. This idea shou...ld be focused on improving the community. (Usually the funding is in the range of $7-10000.) Past chosen ideas have been: a chess club, aboriginal dance program, dragon boat team and a community bake oven training program. I would like to invite you to our Bright Ideas Symposium where we get together to heard about past successful initiatives from our invited panelists and work in small groups to try to develop the next great one for the community. Anyone can be funded-you do not have to be affiliated to any group or agency. (The funding application is only one page long in order to make it accessible to more individuals.) The event is limited to 40 people. I hope you can come out. It’s a great networking opportunity!

anyone have kids that are going to Rose Ave School - interested in learning how to garden in our community edible garden? Contact Shabana at [email protected] for further information. There are limited spots - a community garden is when people work together to grow food. At the end of the season it is then divided up between all of the gardeners.
