Last nights dinner made easy! Our 30 Clove Roasted Garlic made a flavorful base, I tossed in some rice noodles, chunks of chicken and red curry paste. Cilantro on top. Under 5 minutes total! (I had cooked chicken in the fridge and leftover veggies) and it was a hit with all the picky eaters in my house. The 30 Clove Roasted Garlic makes a great base for many amazing and quick meals!
