The historic Stockdale Mill is being offered for sale at a Public Auction on Nov 14, 2014 at 11 am by Sullivan Auctions. A few pertinent details of the property: -Taxes $2971.39 -Heating is natural gas. Cost is undeterminable because the restaurant used a lot of gas in cooking appliances -Hydro cost is also undeterminable because of all the restaurant freezers and coolers -Water system is Health Department-approved; water supply is unlimited, supplied by spring-fed Cold Creek -Septic system is 7 years old, consisting of a 2000 gal. concrete tank, 300 gal. pump tank, and septic bed at the top of the hill.
