How many can attend a #funeral #burial #cremation in #Toronto #Peel #Sudbury #Timmins #Oshawa or elsewhere in #Ontario? It depends on your #COVID19 colour zone. Check the @BAO's chart to be sure. https://thebao.ca/registrars-directive-bao-additional-rest/

All of the staff wish to congratulate Linden Mackey! Effective April 15, 2020, Linden is the new sole owner of Stoddart Funeral Home. The Stoddart Funeral Home ...will now be managed by Alison Lynch, who will oversee day-to-day operations. Alison was born and raised in the former Ops Township. She graduated from I.E. Weldon in 2014 and from the Funeral Service Education Program at Humber College in 2016. Alison had the privilege of being part of the Mackey family since 2013 when she started as a co-op student in high school; she came back to complete her internship with Mackey's from 2015-2016, and remained with the firm as a Class 1 Funeral Director and the Prearrangement Specialist. Alison is a 6th generation parishioner of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Lindsay, and is an active member of the St. Mary's Catholic Women's League Executive Committee. Mackey Funeral Home and Stoddart Funeral Home will remain separate but will continue to serve Lindsay and the surrounding area as they both have for over 100 years. The M. J. Stoddart Funeral Home will keep its business name of Stoddart Funeral Home and will operate as a separate funeral home from Mackey Funeral Home. We wish to congratulate Shain Fletcher on his retirement and wish him all the best. Shain will always be welcome back to the Stoddart Funeral Home to assist any family he so chooses to. If you have any question about the transition of Stoddart Funeral Home, please reach out to Alison at (705) 324-3205.
