We've got this simple but great Christmas Eve meal for you this week. It's the perfect meal to have for a night of wrapping presents and filling those stockings. Great for the whole family. Hey everyone. We've only got a few days until our Christmas market at Stofa. We couldn't wait so here's what we will be offering!!! Take a look, make a list, come when you can but when we are out, we're out. On top of this list we will have a small takeout/sitting area with donuts, cider and shucked oysters!!! We will take this time to outline a few details regarding the outdoor market.... 1. To enter the market or sitting area you will be required to wear a mask and fill out contact tracing information. 2. Please observe the required physical distancing. We will have signs to remind everyone. 3. We will have a small area to get some snacks with limited seating to 4 people per area. At no time can there be mingling, or standing around. Unfortunately if there is no seating available, you will have to take your treats to go. If you are sitting, you may remove your mask to eat or drink. 4. Please be patient with other guests and staff, we are all here to have a merry time! 5. We are trying to make this market cashless, so please only debit and credit. 6. There will be sanitizer throughout the market for your use. 7. We will be providing further instructions upon entering for purchasing and payment areas. That about sums it up. We had a great time participating in this year's version of @greatkitchenparty . This year's event, like many other things this year, is a bit different. Our judges ate at the restaurant outside, socially distanced and then moved on to the next competitor. This is our version of a walk up food stand or shop located on our patio. The word soppa comes from old english word for shop/booth/stall so we saw it fitting for our space and our name. Here's the deal. We'll have a changing small weekly menu, you just walk on up, order, and take away. Sorry... no pre-ordering and debit and credit only. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5pm or until we run out of food. Weather permitting and we required masks to be worn during all ordering, and checkout processes. Well, we've all heard the news and unfortunately we have had to close our dining room. We were looking for a way to show our guests a way to thank them for a wonderful run we've had, so for one night only (Saturday October 10) we have a special patio menu with "customer appreciation" pricing.
