Try the recipe here!: 1 3/4 cup Stoked Oats rolled oats 1/4 cup granulated sugar... 1/4 cup dried apricots 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup ground flaxseed 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted 1/4 cup canola oil 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 24 count mini-muffin pan. Pour 1 cup of rolled oats into a food processor. Process for about 1 minute until oats are pulverized into oat flour. Add in the remaining 3/4 cup rolled oats, sugar, dried apricots, raisins, flax seed, sunflower seeds, coconut, chia seeds, and baking soda. Pulse until apricots and raisins are in small bits. Pour in honey, melted butter, canola oil, and vanilla extract. Pulse just until combined. Divide batter among the prepared muffin tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove pan from oven and let cool in pan on a wire cooling rack in the pan. Once completely cooled, remove from pan and enjoy! Grab your aprons... We are about to introduce you to the best tasting muffins...EVER! - INGREDIENTS: 1 cup REDLINE Stoked Oats 1 cups mashed bananas (approx. 3 bananas)... 1 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour 1/4 cup whole or 2% milk 1/3 cup butter, softened to mix into dry ingredients 2 small eggs, whisk them in a bowl first tsp vanilla extract cup homemade or store bought applesauce 1/3 cup raw organic cane sugar 1 tsp baking soda tsp baking powder teaspoon of salt PREPARATION: Mix all wet ingredients together. Mix all dry ingredients and include the butter with the dry, mashing it together until in small pieces or mixed right in. Mix the wet with the dry once both are well mixed together separately. Pre heat the oven to 350F. I used two 9x5 muffin sheets. Cook for 50-55 minutes. I test it by putting a knife in it, nothing should stick to the knife. If it does put it back in for 5 more minutes until the knife comes out quite clean! Let the loaf cool, then remove from the pan, slice and share!
