It was a tight fit at times, but we spent the day blocking off the underside of a number of townhomes, that had an issue..... with rats! Filled any holes with timber, mesh, concrete or pest resistant foam - hopefully for the owners, that will be the end of the unwanted intruders!

Installed a new window into the basement stairwell of this house. The trim and window finish match the rest of the house, and the window adds some light to this area! The customers are happy and are ready to paint!

Just added a door in a customer's home to block off a suite. They wanted to do their own painting, so its mudded, sanded and primed, ready for them to paint! <-Before After->

Installed a heavy duty attic ladder into this garage along with storage space in the ceiling that was about 5'x12'. Also added some sturdy shelving up high on the garage walls to make this garage Storage Central! These simple additions will give this client an extra room in the house!
