Join Denis Bourassa and Jim Cahill at the 2018 Annual OLTCA Golf Tournament at the Hockley Valley Resort on Thursday, August 16, 2018. Stonebridge is proud to be a sponsor for this great event. All proceeds from the Tournament will support the Ontario Long Term Care Association Education Fund. Established in 1969, the fund is a way to provide financial assistance to member home personnel who are looking to enhance their long-term care knowledge and skills by pursuing continuing education initiatives in long-term care.

A big shout out to our 2 @Stonebridgecdn Triathlon teams who competed in the 2018 Milton Triathlon Sprint Relay on Sunday June 3rd. Stonebridge 1, Diego and Darrell posted a second place finish with Stonebridge 2, Fred and Angela, finishing just off the podium. It was a great day and a great team effort! Congratulations from all of us at Stonebridge to Pat Chen on his recent retirement. Pat has had a long and distinguished career in the private debt markets in Canada working for multiple financial institutions prior to joining Stonebridge in 2011. Pat was a highly experienced and well regarded member of the Stonebridge team and his expertise, guidance and many contributions to Stonebridge will be greatly missed. We wish Pat all the best, and a long and healthy retirement.

The Project consists of an approximately 129,000 square-foot facility consisting of dedicated program space to support the Life-Extension Program at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. The project will be delivered by Concert as a modified design, build, finance and maintain model over a 25.7 year term excluding early works. Concert’s integrated consortium includes the following companies: Concert Infrastructure Fund Bird Construction Industrial Services Ltd. Stantec Consulting Inc. Concert Realty Services Ltd,; and Prior to commercial and financial close Stonebridge Financial Corporation was mandated as Financial Arranger for the Project. During the construction and operating phase Stonebridge Financial Corporation is mandated as Lender Agent and Collateral Trustee. Stonebridge Infrastructure Debt Fund II L.P. is lead Lender. The project demonstrates that the public-private-partnership delivery model can be scaled to smaller projects, while delivering value to the ultimate project sponsors, said Derron Bain, Concert Infrastructure’s Senior Vice-President. The model and approach developed for Bruce Power’s unique requirements can be translated to Crown corporations, government agencies and municipalities to deliver on their public infrastructure needs.
