We are currently looking for experienced, fit and motivated skilled construction labourers to join our team in our residential custom home build projects in the Greater Toronto Area. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5+ years experience in the construction industry or on a job site preferred... Experience in Drywall, Framing, Flooring, Roofing, Concrete, Tiles, Trimwork, Painting, Plumbing, Scaffolds, Understanding of construction principles and procedures The ability to bend, crouch and stand for long periods of time The ability to lift over 50 pounds Knowledge of construction tools, including electric handheld and gas powered tools Must be able to take direction well and follow through on schedule Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons in physically demanding conditions Must have your own transportation to and from work daily with a valid driver’s license Must have a clean criminal background history check Staff are required to wear steel-toed safety boots all times when on site. Must have at all times a hardhat, safety gloves, safety glasses and wear when required as by our company policy. Must be dressed in proper work attire including Stonebrooke Homes uniform attire to be provided. Regular work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM. Saturdays 8AM to 4:30 PM The hourly wage is $25-$30 / hour commensurate with experience Possibility of quick advancement depending on leadership skills and performance Benefits: On Site Parking Vacation/ Time Off Pay Dental/ Vision Benefit Package RESPONSIBILITIES: Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to required work areas. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows Shovel gravel, dirt and concrete. Load and wheelbarrow concrete and dirt. Carry, separate, organize, load and offload building materials such as lumber, drywall, ceramics, bricks, stone, cement bags etc. Clean up and tidy work sites on a daily basis disposing debris in designated areas or waste bins Assist various tradespersons in construction activities, such as preparing, carrying and loading materials to designated areas Carry out day to day general labourer tasks as instructed by the supervisor. Utilize a range of tools and equipment such jack hammers, drills, grinders, electric and gas saws, etc. Physically demanding, occasionally handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling Basic knowledge of framing, dry walling and trim work and painting are an asset Heavy equipment certificate of training is a significant asset. Operation of skid steers and rough terrain forklifts is a Huge asset Knowledge and operation of fuel heater equipment is a great asset Ensure all jobsite safety procedures are followed at all times Operation of G Class Licence Mini Dump Truck and Dump Trailer is a great asset.

Minimum 2 years in Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central Experience in other eCommerce platforms is a plus. Amazon Pay-Per-Click advertising required. Search Engine optimization for Amazon. Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search campaigns. Maintains excellent writing and language skills. Ability to work independently while following the overall management strategy. Tech-savvy. Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
