Dear valued clients, Thank you for your patience as we change our safety protocols and ensure that we have suitable staff needed to provide care for your pets. We currently have a high volume of clients coming by our facility every day and each appointment now requires additional preparation from our veterinarian, technicians and assistants. Unfortunately, we have also been experiencing an increased number of missed appointments. While we understand that everyday life is hect...ic right now, we also need our clients to understand that when you do not show up for an appointment you are not only wasting the time we have designated to see your pet, but also time that could have been used for our other clients and cases. While we have refrained from extending fees for missed appointments in the past, we can no longer do so going forward. Please note that effective immediately, all clients that miss their scheduled appointment without giving notice at least 2 hours before will be charged with an absentee fee of $30.00 +tax. This fee will need to be paid before we can extend any future medical services. Thank you for understanding, we hope you all continue to stay safe and healthy.
