Autumn Blessings! May we welcome the change the season brings, as we bid farewell to summer with gratitude. Remember to appreciate the bountiful blessings in the many forms of growth and development -be it food, flowers, friendships, finances, and especially the life lessons (not all harvest sprout the way they were intended)! The Autumnal equinox is also a good time to align with nature, slow down, go within, find your balance, and reflect on letting go of whatever is no longer needed. How was your harvest?
