What a year! We cannot let it slip by without thanking the lovely people out there who helped us continue to do this work that we love, and who enabled our 5 brilliant authors to launch, pandemic style. Some hi-lights of the year Mix & Match Our 2 book mix and match packages were a bit of a hail Mary, a way to sell books directly when bookstores were shut down and our stock was being sent back to the warehouses. THANK YOU to each and every one of you who bought our books and... helped us generate some income during the first dark months of the pandemic. Launching 5 great authors: Our virtual launch was way beyond our expectations and we are so grateful to everyone who attended to fête our author’s new books into the world the way they deserved to be. We were delighted and star-struck to see that even CBC’s incredible Shelagh Rogers, of ‘The Next Chapter’ was drawn into the mix. Squeeeeeeee! Our 5 books Season package: Our immense gratitude to everyone who ordered all 5 of our 2020 books. I mean, how great is that? To say we felt the love is an understatement. Web book sales were up in general, and we feel so good every time we see an order come in. Free gift books, holiday 2020 For the first time this year we sent free books to a recipient nominated by a friend. Among them, a nurse, a teacher, and a number of other book lovers feeling the effects of this long and intense year. It was so heartwarming to hear from these book recipients.
